To our patients - The practice now has limited availability for routine examinations and we will be contacting patients in the order in which they were cancelled. Appointments will be limited as we are following strict guidelines to keep all patients and staff safe.
Please follow these important instructions when attending for an appointment:
Arrive at the set time of your appointment and RING reception to confirm your arrival. Attend by yourself, or if attending for a family appointment only 1 adult and 1 child will be allowed in the building at the same time. Everyone attending MUST wear a face covering. Pay by card where possible. Bring a list of any current medication. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to work through this pandemic. Thank You
